Multi-Format Story Outputs
STAR, CAR, SOAR, and STAR-R
Today your stories are shaped into STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result). Soon you'll also be able to generate them as CAR (Context, Action, Result), SOAR (Situation, Obstacle, Action, Result), and STAR-R (STAR plus Reflection on what you learned). That way you can match your answers to different interviewer styles and frameworks.

Voice Recording for Story Capture
Just talk. We'll do the writing.
Capture a career moment by speaking it out loud, the way you'd tell it to a friend. We'll transcribe it and turn it into a structured story you can edit and reuse.

A CV built around what you can do, not just where you worked.
Generate a CV organized by competency, with concise CAR-style bullets drawn directly from your captured stories. Designed to highlight the strengths interviewers actually ask about.

Run voice-coordinated practice interviews with an AI interviewer, built in partnership with a specialized voice-agent partner. Get a feel for the pressure, the pacing, and the way your stories sound when spoken.
